This is THE LIFE...Ending with a Bang...

The last weekend of the June Holidays proved to be the bang at the end of the holiday. All this holiday, it wasn't the best time in the world but by the end of the holiday despite all mistakes, troubles and unproductivity, i finally tasted what it means to enjoy life, that i would call a real holiday. Now, i know what life really means, living for God and enjoying all that He so freely gives. What better way to end the holiday than in a way i would call truly joyful living, as i enjoyed what God has created, nature and with my parents. I realise now, how life can really be so so awesome, and truly, just putting all the troubles and mistakes behind us and giving all our burdens to God and trusting Him and enjoying what He gives us...we can truly live, and tts why they say that living for God is so great. Anw, so heres a pictoral summary of what i did...this weekend...

Firstly, i went out with my family to Labrador Beach

Well, this was the entrance to the tunnel below, cool huh?

This is canon is like out of nowwhere, i mean, a canon in the middle of alot of trees seems so out of place, the canon was seriously rusting, must be like super old...Anw, so this part of the beach was like the nicer part, could see the whole south coast area, but the sea is like very dirty lah...but it was quite a nice stroll along the water's edge...Here's like rite next to the edge, can see the ships and stuff in the background...Yea, it was a hot day so you can imagine what it was like when we walked out on to the jetty but anw, it was really refreshing to be so near the ocean and feel the wind rushing at us...This picture was suppose to capture the cliffs in the distance but it hard to see from this picture, anw the cliff i wanted to take a picture of was the one i used for my geography project...haha...Those above are the pictures of my trip on Friday...

The rest are pictures from my fun outing on Saturday to Mount. Faber and Henderson waves which links Telok Blangah Hill with Mount Faber and after that i had brunch at VivocityThis is at the start of Henderson Waves its a wooden bridge that at its peak is almost 80m off the ground...so this picture with my dad probably at still quite low, but its really cool being so high off the ground...This is midway through the bridge at about 60m above sea level and theres like so much greenery below...Now, this is a clearer view of the greenery below, yea thats how high it looks from the bridge, it amazing how Singapore actually has such scenic views and the greenery is just breathtaking...Along the bridge are shades with seats there are a couple of these, and they are called the waves, cause they are shaped like it, and thats why the bridge has the name Henderson Waves, but anw thats me under one of those waves...Ok, just another perspective of Henderson waves, i just think the bridge is so beautiful and blends in with the greenery all around...and of course thats me in the picture again...haha...Finally, after such an awesome walk at Henderson Waves, we headed to VivoCity to have brunch at erm, Bakerzine and as one would know, its rite next to the Fountains at Vivo, so from my seat i took this picture...what a way to end that morning...

So yea, that was how i spent the last weekend of my June Holidays...must say it ended well...my june holidays indeed ended with a bang, i wish my whole holiday was such as that day...so anw, after that was really happy....yea...
