Have A Life Too...

Well, part of life is about enjoying life, and as I said in one of my older posts about a passage I read in the daily bread quite a while back entitled. JOYFUL LIVING, not my last post which also was about he daily bread: Enjoying things is part of God's purpose for our lives. No doubt, our relationship with God is our greatest gift and it gives us fulfilment and great joy, bt scripture also cast the joy of the Lord in terms of temporal things. The enjoyment of things can be a positive spiritual experience. When we recognise that He "gives us richly all things to enjoy"(1 Tim 6:17) and that "every good gift... is from above", our hearts should be full of thankfulness and praise. It is an act of worship we enjoy things in this light. But, also, it does not mean that if we have not have as much enjoyment of things, it by no means suggests that we have not lived fully for God. To live life to the fullest means living for God's glory through worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry and evangelism. So well, Don't think that it is boring to do these things coz, the Bible says, we can choose to pursue God and His will for our lives with a whole heart (which will result in having a life lived to the full, having the desires of your heart met, and finding contentment and satisfaction). “Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart” (Psalm 37:4). Anw, God also wants us to have fun, and yes after reading my blog posts, if u think i have no life, think again coz living for God is also enjoying life, for He give us great joy and satisfaction when we love for God. So yea, here is the enjoyment part of my life. These well, are the things I've enjoyed over the past few weeks...

Firstly, yes it is the Beijing Olympics 2008 that I've enjoyed watching and of course it has ended but here are some of the nice pictures from the event. And, yea, even in sport, we can glorify God, by doing it for God's enjoyment and glory. Anw, yea it was really good, and it is fair to say one of the best olympics ever...

Ok, fine some credit to the soccer, Argentina won...The Bird's Nest from a More Tranquil Perspective, awesome piece of design and engineering...The Farewell, Closing CeremonyThe olympics have been great fun, and this was a fitting way to say goodbye.

And, yea, as you can guess, I'm a huge soccer fan, so it's been great to have the EPL back, GO MANU...!!!...Been watching the matches...

Also, but most importantly, I have been worshipping the Lord and have enjoyed singing praises to Him...my favourite worship songs are from the Hillsongs, but of course I give the Lord praise not just coz I love singing these worship songs but because I just wanna glorify and worship, the Lord that I love and live for...I worship in spirit and in truth...GOd IS TRULY THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIGHT...

Finally, thanks to the many people listening to His really nice Hit Single, I also found out about David Archuleta's new album song, Crush...Oh, and yea, think He's really great, was actually rooting for Him to win American Idol...also, somehow i really identify myself with Him, coz He's quite a nice guy...haha...anw, the song is really good and his songs really are so real..
